NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, to consider the following application for a variance:
Application from United Supply LLC requesting a variance to allow the barn located at 3727 N Henke Road to be rebuilt should any disaster deem more than 50% of the barn destroyed. The parcel is currently in the process of separating 3 acres of the ag land that includes the existing house and barn. The separation will cause the new 3-arce parcel to be rezoned as A-3 from A-2 making the barn non-conforming. United Supply is seeking the variance to avoid any financing hurdle a potential future buyer may run into with a non-conforming structure on the property. The legal description is as follows: N 30A NE 1/4 NE 1/4 (EXC CSM 12-318), Section 15, T 3 N  R 13 E, Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin. Location of parcel is 3727 N Henke Road.
