NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, to consider the following application for a variance:
Application from Ronald Weidner and Mark Schiller requesting a variance in A-1 zoning district to allow creation of a parcel less than 35 acres in size for 18 acres of parcel # 6-7-37A. The legal description is: FRL NE 1/4 NE 1/4 LY W OF RD, (EXC RR), FR NW1/4 NE 1/4 (EXC W 33 OF S 280) (EXC NW TRI PCL) PT NE 1/4 NW 1/4 COM 602 S OF N 1/4 COR, S 612, SW 528 NE 468, NE 399 POB (EXC PT CSM 16-150) (EXC HWY), Section 5, T. 3 N. R. 13 E., Town of Harmony, Rock County, Wisconsin. A map of the purposed parcel is available from the town clerk, 868-6065.
A quorum of the Town Board may be present at this meeting for information gathering purposes.
Any person interested and/or affected by these changes will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.
