NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on June 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville to consider the following application:
Application by Kathy McCutchin to approve a dance studio as an allowable unspecified use in M1 Light Industrial District on parcel #6-7-475. The parcel is located at: Touson Park, Lot 25, NW of Section 27, T 3 N R 13 E, Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin. The address of the location is 1233/1235 Touson Dr, Janesville, WI.
Any person interested and/or affected by these changes will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time. A quorum of members of the Town Board may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information.
