TOWN OF HARMONY NEWS
The Harmony Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 6, 2011 at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville.
This meeting will include two public hearings. The first public hearing is for the ordinance relating to the prohibition of center pivot manure distributions systems with discussion and possible action on the ordinance. The second public hearing is for the ordinance relating to the regulation and control of outdoor furnaces with discussion and possible action on the ordinance. Other items on the agenda include discussion and possible action on Starview Heights Subdivision Storm Water issues, Zoning change application from Lee and Sheryl Twist, land division application ordinance/fee, building inspection fees, 2011 road work, employee grievance procedure, voting ward redistricting, emergency management, and town attorney fees. Regular items on the agenda include approval of bills, reports from the treasurer, building inspector and zoning officer, and upcoming events.
A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Committee may attend this meeting for information gathering purposes.
