NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, to consider the following application:
Application by The Vineyard Land Company LLC for a zoning change of 8 acres of the 55.9 acres of parcel # 6-7-86 located on Henke Road, from R-R to A-3 for the purpose of selling the 8 acres for a single family home. The legal description of the current parcel is as follows: Part of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 (EXC COM NE COR S 3257.37, W 700.89, N 339.5, E 691.53 to POB) and part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 (EXC COM NE COR S 759.83, W 1315.57, N to NW COR, E to POB) (EXC CSM 28-125) (EXC The Vineyard Subdivision) of Section 10, T3N, R13E of the Town of Harmony, Rock County, Wisconsin. Any person interested and/or affected by these changes will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time. A quorum of members of the Planning and Zoning committee may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information.
