TOWN OF HARMONY NEWS
The Harmony Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville.
This meeting will include discussion and possible action on Letter of Credit for the Stoney Ridge Subdivision, the lapsed building permit for the Woodland School, changing the garage sizes permitted in the zoning ordinances, the development agreement with the Vineyard Land Company and paving roads in The Vineyard Subdivision. The meeting may go into closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes to confer with counsel concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which the town is or likely to become involved and Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)((e)) consideration of amendment of development agreement with the Vineyard Land Company concerning roads. Regular items on the agenda include approval of bills, reports from the treasurer, building inspector and zoning officer, and upcoming events.
A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Committee may attend this meeting for information gathering purposes.
