The Harmony Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2010 at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville.
This meeting will include the public hearing for the rezoning application for the Vineyard parcel #6-7-76A with discussion and possible action on the application. Other items on the agenda include discussion and possible action on the Letter of Credit for the Stoney Ridge Subdivision, the road in the Vineyard Subdivision, the lapsed building permit for the Woodland School, appointment of expiring Planning and Zoning Committee seats, and appointment of weed commissioner. Regular items on the agenda include approval of bills, reports from the treasurer, building inspector and zoning officer, and upcoming events.
A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Committee may attend this meeting for information gathering purposes.
Prior to the Town Board meeting and public hearing the Town of Harmony will hold an open book session where residents can review the tax assessment rolls from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2010 at the town hall.
