Regular Town Board Meeting Notice

 

The Harmony Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 8, 2012 at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville.

This meeting will include the public hearing for creating a land division ordinance with discussion and possible action on the ordinance. Other items on the agenda include discussion and possible action on a referendum raising the town tax levy, naming the new road to be constructed extending south from M-H Townline Road at the intersection of M-H Townline and existing Parkview Dr., appointment of expiring Planning and Zoning Committee seats, grievance procedure official and weed commissioner, road work including crack filling and brush cutting for 2012. Regular items on the agenda include approval of bills, reports from the treasurer, building inspector and zoning officer, and upcoming events. 

A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Committee may attend this meeting for information gathering purposes.
