NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, to consider the following application:
Application from Consigny, Andrews, Hemmings & Grant SC to change the zoning of .81 acres of the 4.04 acre parcel # 6-7-47.7 The parcel is currently zoned A-3. The request is to change .81 acres from A-3 to RR to correct problem with barn encroachment by taking a strip of land off of the A-3 4.04 acre parcel and adding the .81 acre to the adjoining RR lot. The legal description is as follows: PT NE 1/4 COM 1609.6’W OF E1/4 COR, W 989.8’,N 160’,E 1307’ SW 20’, W 250’, SW 150’ TO POB & COM NW COR LOT 1 CSM 28-192, S20.27’, E TO PT 250’ W OF C/L RD, N TO LN CSM W TO POB & COM NE COR LOT 2 CSM 28-192 SW 21.29’, W TO PT 250’ W OF C/L RD, N TO N LN CSM E TO POB. SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 6, T 3 N – R 13 E, Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin. The adjoining parcels are located at 5507 N Kennedy Road.
Any person interested and/or affected by these changes will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time. A quorum of members of the Planning and Zoning committee may be in attendance for the purpose of gathering information.
