NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, to consider the following application for a variance:
Application from James and Ellie Risch requesting a setback variance for a proposed four season room addition to the existing house located at 6141 E Bingham Rd, parcel #6-7-15. The legal description is as follows: Commencing at the polystyrene monument at the South ¼ Corner of said section; thence S.88º07’40”E along the South Line of SE1/4 of said Section, 307.93 feet to the place of beginning of the land to be herein described; thence N.2º08’48”E. 326.33 feet; thence S.88º07’40”E. 156.76 feet; thence N.0º48’19”W. 423.25 feet; thence S.88º35’37”E. 608.75 feet; thence S.1º11’29”E. 339.19 feet; thence N.88º33’49”W. 470.06 feet; thences.1º13’35”W. 411.81 feet to said South Line; thence N.88º07’40”W. along said South Line, 300.00 feet to the place of beginning, Section 2, T 3 N – R 13 E, Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin.
A quorum of the Town Board may be present at this meeting for information gathering purposes.
Any person interested and/or affected by these changes will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.
