TOWN OF HARMONY NEWS
The Harmony Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 3, 2011 at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville.
This meeting will include the public hearing to amend the zoning ordinance to allow parking and storage of certain non-agricultural trucks by conditional use permit in certain agricultural districts with discussion and possible action. Other items on the agenda include discussion and possible action on the application for zoning change of 4.6 acres of the 30.7 acre parcel from the 7th Day Adventist Church on Harmony Town Hall Road, possible motion to reconsider application for rezoning of 8 acres of parcel 6-7-86 located off Henke Road south of Bingham Road, assessment letter fees and membership in the Wisconsin Towns Association and Urban Towns committee. Regular items on the agenda include approval of bills, reports from the treasurer, building inspector and zoning officer, and upcoming events.
A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Committee may attend this meeting for information gathering purposes.
