LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN OF HARMONY
September 10, 2018
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Harmony at the meeting scheduled for Monday, September 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N Highway 14, Janesville, WI. The purpose of this public hearing will be to hear public comment on a zoning change for parcel 6-7-45 owned by Dennis R and Rita Campion Revocable Trust, from A1 to A1A in order to comply with Chapter 1, section 4 of the Municipal code amended on June 4, 2018 to comply with the requirements of Chapter 91 of Wisconsin State Statutes for Farmland Preservation.
