TOWN OF HARMONY
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE
Please take notice that two public hearings will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, to consider the following items:
1) Application from Robert Orthey requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the storage of fencing material on the property outside of the building with plans for the storage area to be fenced and screened. The property is located just south of the Hwy 26 and Harmony Townhall interchange at 4564 E Cress Ct. directly north of the parcel located at 5343 N Harmony Townhall Road.
The legal description is as follows: PT SE1/4 NE1/4 & NE1/4 SE1/4 & PT L 1 CSM 6-259 CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP VOLUM 7 PG 21 LOT 1 (ESC PCL 58 FOR HWY DESC IN TPP 1399-04-93-4.09), Section 4, T 3 N – R 13 E, Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin.
2) Proposed change to the Conditional (Special) Use Permit for Frank Bros. Inc. concerning the haul routes and liability of damage pertaining to the haul routes to and from the gravel pit located at 6102 E M-H Townline Road. This proposed change is prompted by the State Highway 26 construction.
The legal description is as follows: PT E ½ NW ¼ COM N ¼ N 1150’SW OF SW COR SEC 32-4-13 SE 365’, SW 150’, NW 365 TO C/L RD, NE 150’ TO POB RESERV W 33’ HWY, Section 2, T 3 N – R 13 E, Harmony Township, Rock County, Wisconsin.
A quorum of the Town Board may be present at this meeting for information gathering purposes.
Any person interested and/or affected by these changes will be given a chance to express their opinions at this time.
