TOWN OF HARMONY NEWS


The Harmony Town Board will meet at 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2011 at the Harmony Town Hall, 440 N. Hwy. 14, Janesville.

Items on the agenda will include discussion and possible action on the rezoning application from the 7th Day Adventist Church to change the zoning of 4.6 acres from A-2 to A-3 of the 30.72 acre parcel #6-7-15, wood burning/smoke from Woodland School, temporary picnic and bartender license for Rock Prairie Montessori School, Ordinance #060710 rezoning of 9 acres of parcel #6-7-76A, recovery of funds from Vineyard property, center pivot manure ordinance, A-1 parcels smaller than 35 acres under working lands, Annual Tower Renewal Fees, Storm Water Annual Report for MS4 General Permit Renewal, and change in bills from Feb. 2011. Regular items on the agenda include approval of bills, reports from the treasurer, building inspector and zoning officer, and upcoming events. 

A quorum of the Planning and Zoning Committee may attend this meeting for information gathering purposes.
